The class offers an integrative self-care practice that combines gentle yoga stretches, breathwork, guided meditations, mudras, and sound healing. By integrating these elements, this self-care practice can effectively move stagnant energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. Native American flute, Icaros, mantras and prayer songs from diverse spiritual traditions will be played to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Icaros are traditional shamanic songs used in various indigenous cultures to guide healing and transformation. Mantras and prayer songs invoke spiritual energy, offering a chance to connect deeply with the inner self and the divine. Meditation and yoga activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps counteract the effects of stress and induces a calming response. These practices can help process and release the day's emotional load, leading to a more peaceful state of mind. Practicing a self care routine before bed using these powerful tools will enhance relaxation, improve sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being.
