Native American flute, Icaros, mantras and prayer songs from diverse spiritual traditions will be played to promote deep relaxation and emotional release. Icaros are traditional shamanic songs used in various indigenous cultures to guide healing and transformation. Mantras and prayer songs invoke spiritual energy, offering a chance to connect deeply with the inner self and the divine. Overall Benefits: Holistic Healing: Combining these elements creates a comprehensive self-care practice that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Energy Movement: The integrative approach helps move stagnant energy through the body, promoting vitality and balance. Stress and Anxiety Reduction: The synergistic effects of yoga, breathwork, meditation, mudras, and sound healing effectively reduce stress and anxiety. Improved Well-being: Participants leave the class feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated, with an enhanced sense of overall well-being. By incorporating yoga, breathwork, mudras, guided meditation, and sound healing, this class offers a powerful and transformative experience that supports holistic health and wellness. Mudras are symbolic hand gestures used in yoga, meditation, and various spiritual practices to influence the flow of energy (prana) in the body and to facilitate healing, meditation, and spiritual connection. The term "mudra" is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "seal" or "gesture." Each mudra has a specific effect on the body and mind, and they are often used to enhance meditation, focus, and overall well-being. Breathwork, or pranayama in the context of yoga, encompasses various breathing techniques that aim to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. These practices involve the conscious control of breath to influence the body’s energy flow, promote relaxation, increase mental clarity, and support overall health
